- AI drafts only pick items from your catalog — they never set prices
- Catalog change history: every price, pack size and waste change is recorded with its date
Margin and approvals
- A company approval threshold flags estimates whose margin falls below it
- An estimate must be approved before it can be invoiced
- Changing an approved total requires approval again
Crews and schedule
- Crew records, job scheduling and crew assignment on every job
- Overlapping crew bookings are blocked
- Field users see their assigned work without financial screens
