Kendreas Zy'Shaun Divens offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for FencetaAI. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This policy does not limit any additional refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Purchases and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net, locate the order using the email address and transaction details from your receipt, and submit the request. You can also contact us through our contact page for help locating an order or submitting a request.
Processing and subscriptions
Paddle reviews and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself request a refund for an earlier charge; submit a refund request within the 30-day period when you want a charge returned.
